Racing Superstar Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson) and best friend tow truck Mater (voiced by Larry the Cable Guy) sets on a new adventure as they participate in World Grand Prix held in Japan but they find themselves in a race to save their own lives and try to stop the terrorist in succeeding of their plan to manipulate the oil industry.
